In-season
(May 1st through September 30th, plus December)
- Rates for double occupancy (rooms with private bath): $260 plus 7% NJ sales tax and 7% room tax
- Rates for double occupancy (rooms with semi-private bath): $195 plus 7%NJ sales tax and 7% room tax
Off-season
(October, November, and January 1st through April 30th):
- Rooms with private bath are $220 plus 7% NJ sales tax and 7% room tax
- Rooms with semi-private bath are $160 plus 7% NJ sales tax and 7% room tax

Additional Rate Information

$50 per night for third person
$25 per night for each child under 12
Minimum Stay
3 night minimum stay Memorial Day to Labor Day.
2 night minimum stay all other times.
Be our guest on your seventh consecutive night.
Cancellation Polices
Cancel two weeks before reservation and receive the deposit minus
a $25.00 handling fee.
Cancel less than two weeks before the reservation and receive
the deposit minus a $25.00 handling fee if we are able to rent the
room.
(If we are unable to rent the room, the deposit
will be retained.)
